SM312LPQD Description
Banner Engineering SM312LPQD is a polarized photo-electric sensor from the SM312 series, designed in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. The supply voltage required for operation ranges from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed for M18 threaded mount installation and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. The SM312LPQD offers a high degree of protection, rated at IP67, NEMA 1, NEMA 2, NEMA 3, NEMA 3S, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 6, and NEMA 12, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. Its rectangular shape incorporates 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and can detect objects within a sensing distance of 10mm to 3m.
