QS30LPQ Description
Banner Engineering QS30LPQ is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M30 threaded mount for secure installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is constructed in a rectangular shape with a thermoplastic housing and acrylic lens for durability. This sensor is part of the QS30 DC voltage series and offers a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment for precise control. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy connection and is powered by a DC voltage ranging from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The QS30LPQ boasts an IP67 NEMA 6 degree of protection, ensuring its operation in challenging environments. It has a sensing distance of up to 8 meters and utilizes visible red light for detection. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, and it features a single digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 2ms / 0.002 s.
