K50APFF100GREQP Description
Banner Engineering K50APFF100GREQP is a pick-to-light device from the EZ-LIGHT series, designed for optical sensing with a fixed field infrared (IR) sensing I.O. block compatible LED illumination. It features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and base. This unit is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and can be mounted via surface / base M30 / 1/2" NPSM thread. The dome diameter is 50mm / 2", and it is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activates output only, touch with inactive job input activates mispick light (R; Red), and a NO (Normally Open) touch output. It has a current consumption of 75mA, 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, a sensing distance of 100mm, and digital outputs including 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Mispick.
