M12PDQ5 Description
Banner Engineering M12PDQ5 is a photo-electric sensor from the M12 series designed with a diffuse mode potentiometer adjustment. It features a visible red light and is housed in nickel-plated brass with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. This sensor is shaped in an M12 cylindrical threaded/barrel form and comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and has a wavelength of 660 nm. The M12PDQ5 can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +60 °C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67, IP68, NEMA 5, and NEMA 6. It offers Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes, with a thread size of M12 and a sensing distance of 400mm.
