PULS CP10.242 is a DIN rail mounting power supply unit with an aluminium housing designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and offers various current consumption rates depending on the input: 1.13A with 230Vac input, 2.15A with 120Vac input, 2.6A with 100Vac input, 2.35A with 110Vdc input, and 0.84A with 300Vdc input, all to achieve a 24Vdc / 10A output, with a peak inrush current of 11A at 230Vac input and 7A at 120Vac input. The unit has an IP20 degree of protection and showcases high efficiency rates of 0.952 at 230Vac input and 0.936 at 120Vac input. Its dimensions are W39mm x H124mm x D117mm. The CP10.242 features a start-up delay of 240-300ms and a rise time of 30ms to 160ms depending on the input and load capacitance. It includes protection functions such as output overvoltage, overload/short-circuit, and over-temperature protection with automatic restart. The unit supports series/parallel operation for increased output voltages or power, and redundancy for higher system availability. It is resistant to back-feeding loads up to 35V. Connection is made via screw-clamp connections. It accepts a wide range of supply voltages, both AC (85Vac-264Vac) and DC (88Vdc-180Vdc), and delivers a rated power of 288W at -25 to +45°C, 240W at -25 to +60°C, and 180W at +70°C, with an adjustable output voltage of 24Vdc-28Vdc.
