SM30SRL Description
Banner Engineering SM30SRL is a photo-electric sensor designed as part of the SM30 series, featuring a through-beam system with opposed mode "A" modulation frequency and is washdown rated. This sensor, functioning as the receiver alone, is encased in a stainless steel housing, ensuring durability. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. The SM30SRL operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It boasts a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, NEMA 6P, and IP69K, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. The sensor's shape is an M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel, facilitating straightforward mounting. It features one digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), capable of sensing distances up to 150m.
