Banner Engineering DX80K2M6-PM2 is a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) designed for surface mounting. It features a polycarbonate housing, polycarbonate rotary dial cover, polyester labels, an EDPM rubber cover gasket, and nitrile rubber, ensuring durability in various environments. This unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and offers two analog outputs (0-20mA; 12-bit) alongside four digital outputs (30Vdc; PNP; 100mA). It is equipped with two analog inputs (0-20mA; 12-bit) and four digital inputs (30Vdc 3mA; PNP/NPN), supporting versatile connectivity options. The DX80K2M6-PM2 operates at a transmission frequency of 2400 MHz within the 2.4GHz ISM band, capable of a maximum transmission distance of 3.2km at nominal emission power. It has an IP67 and NEMA 6 degree of protection, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress. The unit's design includes one gateway and one node, with a supply voltage requirement of 10-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). It utilizes the RS-485 Modbus RTU communication protocol for efficient data exchange.
