DXM150-B1R1 Description
Banner Engineering DXM150-B1R1 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting with a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. This controller features 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 0-10Vdc), 2 digital outputs (SPDT / Form-C / NO/NC contact type; 16A / 250Vac), and 4 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; NMOS; 1A), alongside 2 digital inputs (12-30Vdc isolated inputs) and 8 digital inputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) which can also function as 8AI (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). It utilizes a 100MHz processing speed suitable for high I/O count applications, features isolated inputs, a built-in relay, and employs FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology with a SAM4 processor and CAN support. Connection types include an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector, with a supply voltage range of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). The DXM150-B1R1 supports RS-485, RS-232, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and Ethernet/IP communication protocols, has a memory capacity of 2MB (on-board) and 8GB (SD card), and operates on a 900MHz ISM band 1W radio (PE5 performance radio; North America) capable of a maximum 9.6km transmission distance at nominal emission power. Its dimensions are H93.9mm x W156mm x D94.6mm.
