DXM150-B2R2 Description
Banner Engineering DXM150-B2R2 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting with a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. This controller features 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 0-10Vdc), 8 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; PNP/NPN; 100mA), and 10 digital inputs, which include 2 isolated inputs (12-30Vdc) and 8 inputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) that can also function as 8 analog inputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). It utilizes a 900 MHz transmission frequency with a maximum transmission distance of 9.6km at nominal emission power. The DXM150-B2R2 is equipped with a 100MHz processor, supports Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology, and is powered by a SAM4 processor. Connections are facilitated through an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector, supporting a supply voltage of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). Communication protocols include RS-485 Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and Ethernet/IP. It has a memory capacity of 2MB on-board and supports an 8GB SD card. The device's dimensions are H93.9mm x W156mm x D94.6mm.
