DXM150-B1 Description
Banner Engineering DXM150-B1 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting, featuring a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. This controller has dimensions of H93.9mm x W156mm x D94.6mm. It is equipped with 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 0-10Vdc), 2 digital outputs (SPDT / Form-C / NO/NC contact type; 16A / 250Vac), and 4 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; NMOS; 1A), alongside 2 digital inputs (12-30Vdc isolated inputs) and 8 digital inputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) which can also function as 8 analog inputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). The DXM150-B1 series controller serves as a Modbus controller with a design focused on an I/O base board only, featuring a 100MHz processing speed and CAN support. Connection types include an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector, with a supply voltage requirement of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). It supports RS-485, RS-232, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and Ethernet/IP communication protocols. Memory capacity is provided by 2MB of on-board memory and an expandable 8GB via SD card.
