DXM1000-B1 Description
Banner Engineering DXM1000-B1 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting with a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. This controller features dimensions of H59.5mm x W104mm x D94.6mm. It is equipped with 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 0-10Vdc), 4 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; NMOS; 1A), and 4 digital inputs (12-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) which can also be utilized as 4 analog inputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). The DXM1000-B1 serves as a Modbus I/O controller within the DXM1000-B1 series, featuring an I/O base board only with a 300MHz processing speed for data aggregation of sensors and wireless networks, powered by an M7 processor with CAN capabilities. Connection types include an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector, supporting a supply voltage range of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). It supports multiple communication protocols including RS-485, RS-232, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, and PROFINET. The memory capacity is comprised of 16MB on-board memory and an expandable 8GB via SD card.
