DXM100-B1R4 Description
Banner Engineering DXM100-B1R4 is a Remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting and features a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. This controller has dimensions of H61.1mm x W105.3mm x D94.7mm. It is equipped with 2 analog outputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc), 4 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; NMOS; 1A), and 4 digital inputs (12-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) which can also be used as 4 analog inputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). The DXM100-B1R4 features a 100MHz processing speed, supports data aggregation of sensors, and utilizes wireless networks with FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology and a SAM4 processor CAN. Connection types include an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector. It requires a supply voltage of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.) and supports communication protocols such as RS-485, RS-232, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and Ethernet/IP. The memory capacity is 2MB for on-board memory and up to 8GB with an SD card. Operating on a 2.4GHz ISM band with a 65mW radio (HE5 MultiHop data radio; worldwide), it can achieve a maximum transmission distance of 3.2km at nominal emission power.
