DXM100-B1R2 Description
Banner Engineering DXM100-B1R2 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting with a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. This controller features dimensions of H61.1mm x W105.3mm x D94.7mm. It is equipped with 2 analog outputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc), 4 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; NMOS; 1A), and 4 digital inputs (12-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) which can also be used as 4 analog inputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). The DXM100-B1R2 operates with a 900 MHz transmission frequency and includes functions as a Modbus I/O controller within the DXM100-B1 series. Its design incorporates a 100MHz processing speed for data aggregation of sensors and wireless networks, utilizing FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology and a SAM4 processor CAN. Connection types include an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector. The supply voltage requirement is 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.), and it supports communication protocols such as RS-485, RS-232, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and Ethernet/IP. Memory capacity is provided by 2MB of on-board memory and an 8GB SD card. The frequency is set at the 900MHz ISM band with a 1W radio (HE5 MultiHop data radio; North America), capable of a maximum 9.6km transmission distance at nominal emission power.
