Banner Engineering SLSCE14-300Q8 is a safety light curtain from the SLS series 14-30mm safety light curtains, designed for finger detection with a resolution of 14mm. This cascadable unit features an aluminium housing with an acrylic lens and die-cast zinc end caps, ensuring durability. It is pre-equipped with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy integration. The protective height of the device is 300mm, housed in a yellow casing, and it operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. The net dimensions are 36mm in width, 372mm in height, and 46mm in depth. The SLSCE14-300Q8 provides a sensing distance from 10cm up to 6m and utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 850 nm for detection. It features a 14mm beam spacing/pitch and includes 2 x digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs) with a response time of 15ms / 0.015 s.
