S22ALTSGREQ Description
Banner Engineering S22ALTSGREQ is a pick-to-light device featuring LED illumination and capacitive touch-sensitive technology. It is constructed with a polycarbonate diffused window and base, and has a 22mm diameter button. This part is designed for flush mounting in a 22mm hole and comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connector. The housing is black, and it operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc. It is capable of operating in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP66, IP67, and IP69K. The shape is characterized by a flat window and a threaded cylindrical barrel. It includes 1 x digital output for touch (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN), 1 x digital output for mispick (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN), and 1 x digital input for JOB color control (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN). The operating mode features a latch job light (G; Green) that remains on when the job input is active, and touch activates the output only. Touch with an inactive job input activates the mispick light (R; Red), with a normally open (NO) touch output. The current consumption is 80mA.
