S22ALTSGRET Description
Banner Engineering S22ALTSGRET is a pick-to-light device featuring LED illumination and capacitive touch-sensitive technology. It is constructed with a polycarbonate diffused window and base, and has a 22mm diameter button. This part offers a screw-clamp terminal connection and comes in a black housing. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc. Designed for flush mounting in a 22mm hole, it can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C. The S22ALTSGRET is rated for IP66, IP67, and IP69K degrees of protection, indicating a high level of resistance to dust, water, and high-pressure water jets. Its shape is characterized by a flat window and a threaded cylindrical barrel. The device features two digital outputs (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for touch and mispick detection, and one digital input (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for JOB color control, with a current consumption of 80mA. Its operating modes include latch job light (G; Green) which remains on when the job input is active, touch activation for output, and a mispick light (R; Red) activation for touch with inactive job input, with a normally open (NO) touch output.
