PIT46U Description
Banner Engineering PIT46U is a fiber optic sensor designed for in-line sensing with a through-beam system or opposed mode pair of individual fibers. It operates effectively at an ambient air temperature up to +70°C. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series and features a 1mm fiber core diameter. The design includes a cylindrical (threaded) probe tip made of brass, with the fiber encased in a plastic fiber material and a polyethylene (PE) fiber sheath for added durability. The total length of the sensor is 6ft / 2m, accommodating various installation requirements.
